This isn't something you do, or go through once and then you're fixed. When you think that you have it all together and you think you're done, something happens to allow you to grow. My view is that humans are meant to grow and learn. Your life challenges provide you the opportunity to learn and grow. This is better than stagnating or, even worse, falling back. These are your opportunities to take advantage of these obstacles. It's a sign that you're in your own path! The 3 Building Blocks of Success To get the best out of any self-improvement program, there are three key components. Because you are special and unique, not every suggestion is the best for you. Keep in mind that each person is different! You must trust your gut instincts when deciding whether something you're studying or using is appropriate for yourself. You'll come across information that won't work for you. It could be because the timing is not right for you even though others have gotten great things from it. This is fine. It's your path. Don't judge your journey, your pace against other people. Maybe at another time you'll be prepared to go. It's your choice to only choose what you want to do and let the rest go. Avoid being a seminar junkie Don't become a seminar junkie. Many people go to seminar after seminar. Read self-improvement book after self-improvement book. They don't realize that the goal of these kinds of activities is to get out and implement what you are finding out. If you discover something that speaks to your heart, you need to take action. Embed what you learn; in order to let it become your way of presenting yourself in your life. Have fun and be nice to yourself! Many people spend too long thinking about tips to self improvement. Keep it simple. Sometimes, we put too much pressure on ourself in the desire to be successful the highest level, to accomplish and be the best that we are able to. If I find myself getting myself into a bind, as I'm not who I wanted to be in a particular situation or gotten the things I desired, I remind myself that I'm doing my best currently. I have many amazing tools that can help me achieve my full potential.
